Attorney Franzblau negotiated the acquisition of land in Portland, Oregon for the construction and development of the Howard Johnson Plaza-Hotel, as well as the development agreement for the property, a $10 million dollar transaction. Collateral transactions included negotiation of easements, review of title work and documents. He also drafted loan agreements and documents for the construction and development of the Park Square Inn located in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Mr. Franzblau is a member of the American Hotel and Lodging Association.
